Sent email. Why would you rack it hundreds of times?Kahrs are very tight from the factory. Repeted racking before the first range session helps loosen it up. Read Proper prep of a new Kahr (http://kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1521) and Kahr Lube Diagram (http://kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=308). Theses things help one to have a break in period with as little issues as possible.
