On my CW45 the front rail right side, bottom part is getting chewed on but can't find anything on the slide that would be doing that. Any body else have this problem?

more than likely what ur seeing is some left over maching slivers on the polymer rail the slide doesn't run on that rail, so more than likely IMO it is just wearing in some high spots possably on the polymer rail. All those rails do up front is help u guide the slide on correctly, now if one forces the slide on incorrectly, it can cut into the polymer rails and maybe cause what ur seeing to. but again, if anything take some very fine 600+ grip paper and just polish that area a tad and u should be OK. or leave it alone and just shoot it. the slide action will smooth some of that out real fast.

Thanks jocko, much appreciated. I'll just let it alone.

i think if u get out and shoot the guna nd it performs as designed thatyou will forget aboout all that stuff and enjoy the gun. I 2 to 500 rounds down range the gun will be totallydiffernet in all aspects. All high spots willbe gone, and action will have shot itself into being much more smoother. The recoil springs willhave taken their predesigned set an the gun will just feel and shoot totally different. Kahrs ae tights, some tighter than others. I think ur OK. Just shoot the gun like u stole it..

Thanks again jocko. I do need more rande time. This is easier to shoot then my SP101 with magnums. Once this is broke in it will be my main carry.

The SP101 is a great revolver. I wouldn't feel right not having a revolver around the house. It is my carry at times too. :)
