Took my 17-year old son out to the range and shot my CM9 and Glock 26. We put about 50 rounds through the CM9 and about 100 through the 26. I had one FTF with the CM9 when I was shooting at about the 20-round mark today. Before today, I had 200 rounds through it. After the FTF, I shot another 30 rounds with zero problems. I had one other malfunction on the first day I took it out and tried to rack the slide to load without using the slide release (my fault). My son showed a preference for the 26 due to the shorter trigger pull. I like the 26 as well, but the CM9 is an awesome gun and it will be my primary CCW, especially since it is smaller and lighter. Everything has really loosened up on it and it feels comfortable. I may carry the 26 in the winter time. I should have my CCW permit by mid June. Now I just need to find a good IWB holster and continue to practice. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Just got my IWB PJ Holster in the mail yesterday and it is awsome. With other IWB holsters if my shirt happened to raise above my pistol grip it would hang up and i would always have to adjust and pull m shirt back over my pistol. With this holster it never hangs up on the handle of my pistol. Also when wearing it other holsters have dug into my side but this one i dont feel a thing.I would give this holster a 10 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being you wont regret it!!It wont win any beauty contest but iam sure that doesnt matter cause no one will see it. $45 includes tax and shipping. My CM9:D fits like a glove in this holster.Good luck with your choice.1100 rounds thru my CM9 and not a single failure:D

Nice range report, sounds like a great day with your son! Love my G26, my brother loves his CM9...think you have 2 great carry partners & great shooters. Enjoy! :)

Congrats on a good day with your son. I don't know how experienced the young man is but keep shooting and above all teach him good safety habits and he'll have a hobby for life. One good thing about shooting is that he won't have to give it up when he's an old man like me.

Welcome to KahrTalk.

Thanks for the range report. Got a PM9 and a Glock 26 myself. PM9 has cut way into my .380 pocket carry and also into a bit of my G26 carry.
