pick up my k 9 today

my police trade in k9 came in from aim surplus today. it was absolutely filthy dirty. I cleaned it there at the gun shop and range then took it for some trigger time. it is just as good as my t9, or maybe even better. This target was shot at 7 yards.

Be sure to pull that slide completely down and clean the striker channel.
Extractor channel is likely cruddy as well.
New set of springs anf you'll be good to go.

Aye, aye, Tinman507! I stripped the slide and frame completely apart (with some long distance assistance from my favorite armorer) and got it spotlessly clean. The extractor channel was a disaster zone. The striker channel was bad but not awful. Most importantly, I managed not to lose any of the tiny springs or pins.

Dry firing function checks are SAT and looking forward to getting it back out to the range.
