Maybe I am slow, but I can't seem to figure out how to post an avatar pic.. Can someone please help?? Sorry

Keeps saying invalid file :(

It has to be a very small picture - a tiny jpg file. It should tell you the size limit. List details in Windows Explorer to see the size. Use something like Microsoft Office Picture Manager to keep shrinking a picture 'til you get it small enough.
