mk9 loose ejector

I'm having some stovepipe and premature slide lock problems with my mk9. While looking things over I noticed my ejector has some movement in it. My cm9's doesn't move so I'm thinking this might be an issue. So, any mk owners, does your ejector move at all?
This horrible pic shows enough movement to fit a knife blade between the ejector and the frame. Thanks for any help.
