Clearly, your gun shows are better than ours! Probably just as well. :o

Thanks for sharing!

I don't think so.
Just got lucky with one.
I've been quietly looking for a 3" S&W 357 for over a year.
Was thinking 686 but this bad boy just dropped in my lap.
It's a K frame and feels like a perfect carry gun to me.

I'm very happy

Nice score Barth!:)

Thanks!
I'm thinking you know more about that model than I do - LOL!
I'm not at all knowledgeable about K frames.
Feel like when I got my 629.
Didn't know what I bought till later.
Didn't know what a Mountain Gun was.

Glassy trigger and heavy barrel?
My 640-1 and 342 are tight, this is tighter.
Real stainless trigger and hammer?
And I've never seen a hammer shapped like this.
The grips look like nothing I've ever seen before either.
Siles maybe?

Gun might have been FBI standard issue?
Really?

Kind of love a gun with a story to tell.
Don't you?

how many extra barrels are you going to get for that one

I'm going to have to change my name now

If you haven't noticed I'm excessive compulsive.
I get infected with something and it has to run it's course.
I think my barrel virus has run it's course.

The P220/45 ported Storm Lake barrel still needs to be fitted.
And I'm still having a triple ported Bar-Sto manufactured for my P239/357
that's scheduled to ship in mid/late July.

But the fever has passed and there will be no more barrels.
Now I'll find something else to obsess about - LOL!
This polished stainless M65-3 is shinny

Nice Barth!

It's so funny, I carry either a Glock 30 or mostly, my CM9, but I own more revolvers than semi-autos. Go figure. Just something about them....

I have never been to a gun show. I don't think I need to go to one as I could see myself losing control quickly.:D

I had four autos and three revolvers.
Now I'm in balance - LOL!

I too usually carry a Glock G27/357 or a Sig P239/357 as my primary.
Kahr MK40 or S&W J-Frame as backup.

Sometimes I like to carry twin J-Frames.
And pretty much favor a revolver for a nightstand gun.
Growing up on Westerns and Dirty Harry I have a soft spot for revolvers too.

Plus they can be fairly accurate
