I felt obligated to report outstanding warranty service from Kahr.
I had a P9 that was exhibiting light primer strikes plus had occasional problems with the magazine falling out.
I sent it to Kahr for repair. They don't make that model of my P9 anymore. They gave me a choice of a brand new, in the box PM 9. I can't argue with that.:D

I'm not sure, other than it was a P9. I've had it 5-6 years, best I can remember. I bought it new.

That's great! I've also been happy with Kahr's customer service. I just sent my CW45 to them last week. Last time I sent it in they had it back in my hands in a week. Since then I ordered some 7 round magazines, and they won't feed properly, except for maybe the last 2 or 3 cartridges in the mag, so Eon asked me to send it in for them to have a look at it.

Did they keep the P9 or give it back to you?
Both times that I needed Kahr they came through for me.
