Was back at Kahr for the 2nd time for the cocking cam being out of spec Jason called me and said my gun was all set. When I got the gun back the trigger pivot pin was broken off below the frame. The next day I called Rich and he said that is strange because Jason fixed the gun. Once I E mailed Rich a picture he had the gun picked up and when it came back it was finally fixed properly. We as customers lost a good CS rep as far as I am concerned.

I believe the original poster agreed to have Bawanna completely destroy it with his phaser. http://home.mindspring.com/%7Ejustsomeguy/icon_lol.gif

There was some concern that the notoriety would not help Mr. Merrill's cause.

Kerby:

I am sure Kahr attorneys got nervous when we started discussing Kahr axing an employee. This is a public forum and most terminations are handled privately.

Still the employee helped me a lot and I appreciated his dedication to helping me return my CM9 for a refund. He had guts and I will forever be thankful to this person and any company in need of a decent individual who truly looks out for the customer would do well to hire Rich.

Good Luck Rich and look me up if you need a reference. You can find me on the M&P Forum "RussC"

P.S. Rich, Pat in S&W customer service told me they are running 3 shifts manufacturing the Shield. You may want to see if they have any openings in customer service.

I was unable to read more of the forum until last night so I didn't know about the agreement about destroying the post. Moving on.
