I picked the highest serial number RC89xx and the only RC of 5 or so P380s and it still had to go back to the factory for a bad extractor... at least. It seems to be fine now and I touched up the slide lock actuator because I had a few premature slide lock-backs.

Congrats on getting yours back. For defense loads it's hard to beat Speer Gold Dots... or my favorite... Buffalo Bore +P Gold Dots.
