Finally got a cm 40. Feeds 100% of the time . Shot 2 inch groups at 30 foot with 180 grain xtp's and universal. Now the bad news. Broke both magazine followers. Kahr sent me a label and I have sent it back. The recoil is not that bad, 15 and 16 year old sons shot it as well.

I really hope I get the same pistol back . It shoots good , just breaks plastic parts.

Welcome Rooterpig! (interesting name). ;)
Nice groups!
Let us know what happens with Kahr's service.
How did your sons like it? (other than the followers breaking)

My kids like shooting it and maybe they will post some pictures of targets tonight . They will figure out how to post pictures . I cleaned and lubed pistol per sticky . I bent the slide release spring . Kahr sent me a spring and follower at that time. There customer service has been good. I know they use plastic to save money but metal would have been more durable.

It should not and Kahr should have been able to correct this problem by now.
You should NOT have to take the time to make mods to a new pistol of any make.

Just got gun back from kahr. They had it about two weeks. They said they polished the barrel and replaced the followers. I shot about 20/25 shots yesterday and had no problems.

Are you able to eject a unfired round? Mine will not....

For some strange reason mine seems to have less recoil than it did when I shot it the first day. Maybe it's just me getting use to it.

Could be Rooter. I can tell if my grip isnt 100%, the recoil lets me know. I have found the more comfortable i've gotten with my PM9 the less perceived recoil i feel, but Im pretty sure its a function of having a good and consistent grip.
