Locally the best price I have found is 390 + tax. Most places have it for 420ish. What would be considered a good deal on a new cm9? Also there is a gun show coming to town (Overland Park, KS). Would that be a decent place to find one? I am pretty new to handguns and Kahr and don't know if they are quite as common as glocks or some other brands.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. $390 doesn't sound bad for local price at all to me.

Gun shows around here are a little bit more than some stores. If you can put your hands on one locally for $390 I would get it.

Yeah I ordered mine online for 380 plus shipping and transfer fees and all that fun stuff. So if you can get one out the door for right around 400 (or less) its worth it in my book! Also a super sweet lil gun!!! :D Once you put your hands on one, check out the stickies about proper prep and lube! then let us know how the first range trip goes!

The best price I've seen is $374 at grabagun.com

I got mine for 377.89 at LivengoodOutdoors.com + free shipping and no extra CC fee. But I had to kick in $15 transfer fee to my FFL receiving dealer. Gun shows have simular prices but you have to pay state and local tax. In my case that would have been $31.17.

for the $15 dollars that you save online, I'd much rather support a local business by buying from them. That being said, I traded my 1911 for my new CM9 and ended up getting it for about $400 OTD...I don't think I had to pay taxes in the trade

There is one(CM9) available here at a local gun store for $379.00. That same store had the CW9 on sale a couple of months ago for $329.00. Another local gun store has the CW9 for $350.00. All brand new.
