I have to say I was very impressed with Crimson Trace customer support.
I had an issue with the one I use on my PM9. It had a gap between the two pieces and when trying to close it up the screw went through the other side. I sent them pictures. They sent me a brand new one right away. Thumbs up!:biggrin1:

I had an issue with my CT when I bought it for my CM9 (didn't work!). They sent me one out immediately without returning the broken one. It came with a return box for the old one. Great CS!

I purchased a CT laser for my CM9 about a year ago after having one on a different 9mm for a couple of years.

I call CT customer service to make sure that I was registered for the "batteries for life" promo they have going. My newer laser was registered but she could not find a record for my older laser. She signed me up on the older laser after I told her when and where I purchased it and promptly sent me 2 sets of batteries which I received in a couple of days.

They have great customer service!

Another great thing about CT is they are ALL made here in the USA!
