I'm living in anticipation of the day that I can cast my vote in opposition to the socialist Obama regime. I plan to vote early and often.

I can hardly wait as well. But as soon as it's over, even if it goes my way. I will begin working to have the rest of them removed from Congress and even, if at all possible, have Romney removed as well. Not fond of him either, but yes, I will circle my wagon and vote for the lesser of two evils and then continue working for the America that was intended.

It's a shame that it has boiled down to voting against someone rather than for someone!

The last time I voted for someone Ronald Reagan was president.

Amen. But there are a lot of republicans that are progressive fat cats that need to be replaced with small govt-minded conservatives as well.

I had this nightmare the other nite. I dreamed Obama was reelected, Democrats took back the House and maintained the Senate. My wife woke me as I had the razor to my wrist. Can you imagine what would happen if this occurred. The end of life as we know it. Perhaps that's what Dec. 21st, 2012 (the end of the Mayan calendar) will be all about.

I have a bad feeling that we will elect Obama again. There seems to be a lot of stupid people in the country now days.

Same here, muggsy. It would be nice to vote "for" someone again. I'm in good shape with my Congressman, Rob Woodall, but that just means I'm not changing anything there. I run hot and cold on the Senators, Chambliss and Isakson. Both are GOP but neither one is hot on the FairTax like Woodall.

Good point - I didn't care for George W [not nearly enough to vote for a socialist] because he was fiscally irresponsible, but I never understood all the haters either. One thing you could say for President Reagan; you might disagree with his politics, but as a person very few disliked him.

I'd take George back in a heartbeat. I figured McCain was a shoe in after Hillary walked.
I think many voted the way they did so they wouldn't appear to be racist.
I'm hoping this time they will vote responsibly but I am not confident. Too meany give me stuff people relying on the government for their next meal, big screen TV or car.
Voting for a nobody over someone like McCain, a known entity and a war hero to boot just turned my stomach.
I agree that Romney might not be the perfect answer but 4 more years of this and a lot of our rights will be toast, especially gun related.
I gotta block myself from this political stuff, gets me too worked up, especially on my last day of vacation before return to the sweat shop tomorrow.

He was the last one with real passion for America. For an American President to stand at the Berlin wall and say what he did shows passion and character whether you liked him or not. Everyone since then has just "done the job."

When over 50% of the inhabitants of the USA pay no taxes and get a government check the candidate who whores himself/herself to them has the best opportunity to be elected to any office.
That is why us conservatives and fiscally responsible ones have to work twice as hard to keep our candidates in front. I am no big fan of Romney but I would prefer him than the POS we have infesting the WH now.

Here you go on a recent report on the USA from our allies. Just to keep this on a RKBA point if we start crashing financiallly, you can expect the government to want more control in the name os "Saving the Country." It's up to us:
SAN FRANCISCO – The Australian foreign minister has privately warned Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney that foreign leaders see "America in decline."
That's according to Romney, who says he met with Foreign Minister Bob Carr in a San Francisco hotel Sunday evening shortly before a Republican fundraiser.
Romney says Carr suggested that America could improve that international perception "with one budget deal" that helps balance the budget.

The USA has never been in a declared war when we are strong. It is only when we are percieved as weak internationally that the piss ant countries decide to be bold and stupid.
