Been rotating Winchester PDX-1 124 grain through my carry pistol (K9) lately with no problems. I was picking up some .22 rounds when I saw the Federal and figured I would give it a try. Second round nose dived and it did not fill me with confidence. The slide was stuck pretty good however a little (pretty hard actually) tap on the magazine base plate ended up freeing it. I loaded a few more mags with the Federal, even staggered it with FMJ in another magazine but I was not able to recreate the jam. I don't know, it could have (probably was) a fluke but I think I will stick with PDX-1

On a side note, I have no idea what the "low recoil" statement on the package meant and I didn't really care but it has no more or less recoil than anything else I was shooting today.

I have used it in my PM9 many times and never had one issue with Hydra-Shok.

Keep in mind that Low Recoil = Low Pressure = Low Velocity = Low Penetration. Okay for range but I prefer +P for carry.
