My question to you is it Difficult to replace or do I need a gun smith? The part on kahrs website is about $15.00!!!! Help!!!!!!

A picture would help. You might not have enough posts yet to post pics, but you can upload to Photobucket and then, after hitting Reply or the Post Reply button, if the yellow square with mountains button (http://i1230.photobucket.com/albums/ee486/John_England/Miscellanious%20Guns%20and%20Holsters/PictureIcon.jpg) is visible in the edit window, you can put your cursor over a pic in Photobucket, then click to select the Direct Link and use the yellow square button to insert the pic into your post here. If it is not visible, you can post a hot link to it by selecting the Email & IM Link in Photobucket, then paste it into your post as a hot link using the bluegreen globe button (http://i1230.photobucket.com/albums/ee486/John_England/Miscellanious%20Guns%20and%20Holsters/WorldIcon.jpg) in the post edit window.

Barth makes an excellent point. I had some damage to the ejector on my CW9, but it never caused an issue. The damage on mine slightly reduced the length of the ejector. The damage was uneven, so I just filed it down until everything was even and it has continued to work without issue.
Photos of my damaged ejector are located here: http://kahrtalk.com//showthread.php?t=8934
I agree with JFootin, "A picture would help."
