Senator and anti-gun zealot Frank Lautenberg D NJ, submits bill to ban internet sale of ammo, and require more red tape to obtain it locally.

The articles indicate the bills have little support from fellow Democrats who are unwilling to support gun control efforts in an election year.
Oh hell no, can't show your true colors when there are voters to be lied too and mislead.

This Cadavor is the biggest pompous ass in the senate and is there in violation of the NJ constitution! Thanks to James "I am a Gay American" McGreevy!
A crook named Torrecelli was running and got himself indicted by no other than the attorney general, at the time- Chris "I don't Take any Crap" Christie!
This occurred within a short period prior to the election. The laws state you can't sub a candidate within xxx amount of days of the election, so the Dumbacrats would have lost by default. The Younq "My ass hurts" Jimmy makes an executive (Sound Familiar?) exception (Completely illegal) to dig up Lousenberg from the Grave to fill in! He does't venture far- too frail and a good jersey shore breeze would blow him over (Hopefully, a 5'6' rectangular hole behind him) and then the people can quickly push the soft sandcastle sand on him once an for all!
And now you know a little bit more about this jerk! He's not up for re-election this year so he can look brave and gutsy. Oh yea, this was the 1st guy with the NO smoking on airlines , stadiums, restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc. His MO is to remove the peoples rights! Cancer had him but his $$$ saved him. He was the founder of ADP payroll
Wish this dog ***** would dry up and just blow away, he's the Unions best friend, he will have to die to leave the senate that's the only way he's leaving.

I give this bill the same chance for passage as a snowball in Hades.

I expect excessive taxation and shutting down internet orders for guns and ammo (first ammo) to be one of the things they are ultimately able to push thru Congress. I don't think the SCOTUS will stop them, because it'll be the same argument as ObamaCare.
But, no law takes effect immediately in this country. If they pass that law, before it hits the presidents desk (whoever that president is), I'll be maxing out my credit card with bulk online ammo and worry about how to pay for it later. I'll be my own little ammo store.

See even the worst of people do some things right. :p I have been in so many arguments on airlines, in bars, restaurants and clubs over the years with people turning their faces away from their friends and blowing smoke over me or my food. In my younger days this resulted in way too many fights. Now with the universal no smoking rules I never get upset in bars or restaurants. Life is good.

Yes I understand rights. Nobody cared about my right not to have smoke blown all over me and my food. I was however only speaking light-heartedly and making no comment at all on the attempts to limit access to ammunition and in the future guns themselves. We lost that battle in Australia and I would not like to see the USA go the same way.

Is it just me or does stupid history repeat itself especially well? We HAD all of these new controls on ammo back in the day. By the late 1980's they dropped off because law enforcement found the info useless and the costs of maintaining the data base were very high.
I guess neather reality nor history shall ever deture a grandstanding washinton type from his time before the media during an election year...

In Ohio we call this practice trolling for votes.
