I started out not liking the aggressive checking on the front & back of the handle on my CM9. Ended up getting the rubberized talongrip, but I'm one of those guys with sweaty hands so that wasn't enough.

Next I bought some skateboard tape and copied the talongrip. Awesome feel but carrying it in my PJholster had it rubbing on my bare skin of my hip (3 o'clock). Then I traced part of the talongrip onto a new piece of skateboard tape, deleting the leftside of the pattern (I'm a righty).

So this is what I ended up with...

grip on the back, front, and rightside of the handle. Feels great and I don't have it rubbing my hip anymore!

you don't have to file it the talon grips adhere to factory finish with no problem. iv'e cleaned mine countless times and several hundred rounds and they still have no loose spots

Talon grips - granulate or rubber?
I'm thinking of buying some, but am looking for some reviews.
Anyone here have experience with rubber or granulate Talon grips?

Thanks
