I have one. I'm very pleased with it. Rather than type it all out again, here are some links to my posts about it.

I have the 740 (the really big brother), a bit rude, but it has given me no problems. Carries well too. So yeah I like what I have.
I can't speak from personal experience, however most of evrything that I have read about them is positive.
Over the years aI have had a couple of 380's, but prefer a 38 spl snub for a back up gun say like a S&W "J" frame, and they can be had fairly in expensively especially when on sale.

I have one. It's been great. It's the only .380 I ended up keeping. My son liked it too and bought himself one.

I had one but traded a member here for another firearm. I never had any problems with mine. I know some other people with it also and they too have no problems with theirs. I know it has a smoother and better trigger than the Ruger LCP and Keltec P3AT and the slide stays open on the last round. God Bless :)

I handled one this week at my LGS. The triggers are so much better than the LCP or Keltec. If I was in the market for a .380, that is the pistol I'd buy. But not yellow like this one was, lol.

Yeah, not yellow! :2eek: They come in three versions with different slide finishes:
Brushed Stainless Steel (http://www.taurususa.com/product-details.cfm?id=682&category=Pistol&toggle=tp&breadcrumbseries=738)
Black Stainless (http://www.taurususa.com/product-details.cfm?id=718&category=Pistol&toggle=tp&breadcrumbseries=738) (nice! :))
Blue Steel (http://www.taurususa.com/product-details.cfm?id=683&category=Pistol&toggle=tp&breadcrumbseries=738) (actually matte black to match the frame)
The stainless versions come with 2 mags, the blued one just 1. I got the Blue Steel one because it is well under $200 and it is a BUG, a gun to be carried in full concealment, so the fancy finish is superfluous. I spent some money for 2 extra mags, and I also had my gunsmith fluff & buff it, polish the feed ramp, clean and lube it. He even test fired it to confirm reliable functioning. And when he returned it to me, he commented on what a nice trigger it has. He did all that for just $30! :) I had to wait 6 weeks because he is popular, but worth the wait because this gun is good to go! I have to put some more rounds through it at the range for my own sense of confidence, but it is loaded with Hornady CD ammo and serving as my BUG wherever I go. Like I said, I am so pleased with this modestly priced gun that I am totally cured of P380 fever! :D
