2. Left 3 voicemails on 3 separate days
3. One week later nothing
4. Deleted
5. Deleted

Bought an item, hit my cc, 2 mos later, nothing. Calling visa to dispute ... Deleted

The phones do get busy there. But people have found very fast response to an email. service@kahr.com

E-mail to Kahr CS has always worked the best for me.

something is not right, they are not normally thatway with customers. I would call an d ask for Jay or Eion and wait if need be until they answer..

Yea, try the email before loosing your temper. They always get back in a reasonable amount of time.

SOMETIMES patience is golden. Just sayin. I hate it to when I get put on hold but it happens alot with my credit card co.. Fokk it, how about a doctors appointment for 10 a.m and not getting in to see hiim until 12.15---Bastards, hang um all, but hang um high.

I have been in a lwasuit over my motorcycle wreck now going on 2 fokking years. hows that for putting one on HOLD...:7:

I will suggest a more betterer solution for you. Put the Kahr in your safe until they get back w/ you, I'm sure they'll resolve the issue (were great for me w/ my PM9). But in the meantime, just go buy another gun to hold you over. Win Win! Its what I would do if it were me.

My experience with Kahr Service has been excellent . . . with the exception of the telephone thing. I know that they are busy and I don't mind waiting my turn for ". . . your call will be answered in the order it was received." However after waiting 15 or 20 minutes, you will be given a choice to leave a voice message or contact by email, then you are cut off. That is a little agrivating. I found that contacting by email works best.

Kahr has hired a new service manager. Maybe he will address this issue.

Anyway, I would NEVER say that Kahr service is horrible. I have always found their service to be excellent. The new Kahrs are excellent to begin with, but from time to time some people will have issues. Be patient and Kahr service will take care of those issues.
