So this week I got a p380, a P9 and a Sig 556 rifle. It's been a good week and the weekend will be better once I send some lead down range.

Nothing like the smell of gunpowder in the morning...

What did you do ..rob a bank first ? :)
Nothing like the smell of gunpowder in the morning...
I always preferred the smell of napalm, as the story/movie line goes. Gunpowder meant it was all too close and you had to get up and do something about it.

Ya, I couldn't remember the line from the movie but I did remember the napalm thing. Didn't rob any banks :) just had a need. :) I also traded a Glock 26 with RMR for the Sig. So my out of pocket wasn't too extreme.

Always fun to bring home a new gun, or 3 :D
In all honesty, I am at a place where I don't think I need another gun any time soon. Bases covered and then some. I do have the need (want) for more accessories and ammo. Always somethin.

I've been at that place many times, where I have all the bases covered. I never seem to be able to stay there for very long and while I'm in those brief periods of contentment I get behind on the long list of gun I realize I really need.
I also have a major need for accessories and ammo, mostly ammo, lots of ammo.

With the price of ammo the gun is the cheap part of the deal.

The P9 ran like a champ but the P380 had issues.

Seems like the P380 is the most trouble prone of the entire Kahr line.
Hopefully you can work things out with the little gun.
I just bought a Hecker and Kock P30 40 LEM 8/11 for no good reason at all.
Isn't life grand?

YES IT IS!! Regarding the P380 I had numerous failure to lock the slide back and 5 FTFs. Zero FTE. On the other hand not a single hiccup with the P9. I really loved shooting the P9. I'd love to shoot a P40 next.

I bought a Beretta Nano & a Bushmaster Ar 15 carbon this week. No reason, just wanted them. I'll shoot them when the weather cools a little.

How's the Nano? I saw one for $379 yesterday and have been wanting one for a while now. You'll have to tell us how it shoots.

It is the same size as my PM9 & just an oz. or so heavier. The trigger pull is much longer on the Nano & not nearly as smooth as the Kahr. I will report when I shoot it. I paid $420 for mine.

I'll trade you weeks. Even throw in $25 cash for ammo. LOL
