Yesterday I had just gotten into Sam's Club for a little shopping when I got a call from my son. I hadn't talked to him in about a month and decided to go back to my van and talk to him there... with the air conditioning going.
In front of me across the parking lot aisle I noticed a thirty-ish guy with a goatee and his female companion loading their purchases into the trunk of their car. The guy had a black T-shirt with logos or writing all over it, but what caught my eyes was the OWB holster almost completely exposed. The guy kept trying to pull the T-shirt down to cover the weapon/holster. Obviously he knew it was showing. It was a losing battle unless he stood perfectly still and upright with his arms down at his side, some part of the holster was exposed. I never saw the pistol, but the holster looked like this and was exposed about this much very often.

It was the first time I had seen anything like this kind of exposure. I wondered if this was an off-duty cop and waited until they closed the trunk, but there was no tell-tale Fraternal Order of Police emblem, but that doesn't mean he wasn't a cop... or not carrying legally.
I carry OWB at about 4 o'clock and make a point of buying pocket T-shirts and Polos in Large size with plenty of length and looseness to adequately hide my pistol and holster. I wear voluminous shirts and belted shorts suited to concealed carry and I can easily sweep up my shirt and draw my pistol one-handed. I have a real gun belt... Kydex-reinforced Looper, that really keeps my Cross Breed Mini Tuck and shorts in place with proper tightening.
Inadvertent exposure by CWP holders in Florida is now protected against prosecution, but this guy was obviously wearing one of his favorite shirts without regard to proper concealment... a prime example of "printing" or "showing" or behavior POINTING OUT his not-so-concealed carry!
I never saw the type of pistol, but it could have been anything... maybe even a full-sized 1911, based on the size of the holster.
Whenever I leave my vehicle I tug each rear side of my shirt to be sure it's not resting on my pistol grip.:D
