It would be interesting to read a report about CCW holders using DF and what impact that has had on their life afterward. Financially, emotionally, ect. The read could be very sobering.

That is interesting, because if Zimmerman was lying on the ground with Martin beating his head into the pavement while he pulled the gun and shot Martin no blood ended up on the weapon at such a close range. I would think that Martin would be shot and then possibly fall onto the gun or there would be blood spray. I am not CSI, and cannot say that it is impossible, but if it is being put forth as evidence in this case they are probably going to lead into the ideal that it isn't. Being that they have the burden of proof, hopefully they will back it up with science.

I'll try. The local police had no intention of even filing charges against Zimmerman. White on white wouldn't have made the 6th page of local paper let alone national TV coverage.

It was only when Jesse and Al and their bunch threw a fit that the federals got involved.

Now it's turned into a 3 ring circus with the focus being on whats gonna happen given each verdict scenario. Either way guilty or innocent (doesn't really matter) things are going to get ugly. So they are undoubtedly trying to determine which verdict would be less ugly, regardless of guilt or innocence.

The trial if legit should have been done in 2 days max. But to get some screen time for the major players and yes even screen time for the incumbent in the white house (it is an election year) it gets drug on and on.

We of course really have no clue what happened other than what the media said and we've chewed that bone enough when it first came out. But as Jocko pointed out, what good did it do for the media to show pictures of a 10 year old Travone looking like a model student when in reality he's a 17 year old with his drawers at his knees and looking typically dirtbag gangster.
This is of course not to say that all dirtbag gangster that wear their drawers at their knees are inherently bad people, just 97 % or so.
