Just bought my first Kahr yesterday. Got the PM40 with the new style slide. I have to say that pictures do not do the gun justice. After getting it home and really checking it out I have to say that it is one fine piece of machinary. I do have some complaints though, of course you knew I would cause I'm a detail freak and maybe even a perfectionist when it comes to some things. That being said, during the cleaning process I noticed a pit mark in the top of the slide and under the ejection port. Also, the Roll Marks are a little heavy on the K, R, and 0, just on one corner of each letter. I think I'm going to try and swap it for another since I haven't shot it. One thing that does concern me is that it doesn't like to chamber the rounds. I bought Corbon DPX. The rounds don't seem to have a great shape for easy chambering. Anyway, even with the minor issues on the slide, I'm still very impressed with the machining work. Can't wait to put some lead down range. Oh yeah, I'm glad I didn't get the PM45 just because of concealment. I'm impressed so far. Range report coming soon. Going to do about 300 rounds of Winchester 165.
