I know it's not gun related, but this is ridiculos. I've lived in Seattle for 24 yrs, and am a Seahawks fan,.....but Green Bay just got robbed by incompetent fill-in refs. This has got to stop !!

I just puked on the tv. No words for how bad that finish was. Especially if you live in Wisconsin (like I do).

:screwy: Hopefully tonight's debacle ends the NFL officials labor impasse. For the sake and integrity of the game, the NFL needs the regulars back. And to make it Kahr related, I was carrying my PM9 while watching.

Luckily, my PM40 was in the safe.

I was actually checking out some reloading supplies on my laptop while watching the game. Does that count ?? :D

Luckily, my PM40 was in the safe.

There's a reason Florida does not allow carry at professional sporting events.

I'll bet you Aaron Rodgers woulda liked a Kahr on that field... It's ok the Giants are Packer Killers, but not these sub refs!

As a Vikings fan, I am going to celebrate ANY loss by the Packers with a new gun purchase.

Actually my Fantasy Team won, in part, due to that Packers loss.
So I agree a new gun is in order.

My cashiers check for $675.43 arrives at 10:30 AM today for my second

This is why if you don't have all the pieces of the puzzle its not a done deal-- no ref's -- no football!! Its that easy.

We may complain about the regular refs and some of the calls they make week in and week out, but this just goes to show what a good job they do in most cases. I didn't have a team in that game but that last call was God awful.

I recall a few years ago where the Steelers brought their own refs and the Seahawks were on the other end of the debacle. It was even worse and they were the real refs.
I pretty much haven't watched football since.

Near the end of the Cowboys-Buccs game a Buccs recever was clealy down by contact when the ball poped out, no call. The Cowboys player nearest scooped up the ball and ran it in the endzone. Two calls of Touchdown. It took alot of airtime for them to sort that out but the officals at that game finally got it right.
Yeash! I'm ready for Ed Hochuli to come back.

I agree about the bad call, but it was booth reviewed so I wonder if those guys are regular or also fill ins?!

I agree about the bad call, but it was booth reviewed so I wonder if those guys are regular or also fill ins?!

My understanding is that;
The booth can not determine who had possession.
Only if it was a catch or not.
The ball never touched the ground, and the players were in bounds, so it was a catch.
But the call on the field, as to who had possession, cannot be reviewed.

The booth officials hands were tied in terms of correcting the call.

UPDATE:
Now I'm hearing the rules have changed.
For touchdowns everything is review-able by the booth.
There was not indisputable evidence to overturn the ruling on the field.
So I stand corrected. The booth officials really did (*&( up the call.

So, are you going to start open carrying with one on either hip and six spare mags? :D

Working on my Underworld/Tomb Raider twin HK rig as we speak.
I'm thinking twin ballistic ambi holsters with mag pouch attached.
Going two handed cross draw.
Orders holsters last night.

Also bought a Surefire X300 tactical weapon light for the HK P30 40.
$209.44 including shipping.
She will be my new nightstand/home defense gun.

Is it football season already? Seems like it just ended, or maybe that was basketball. Same thugs, different uniforms.

If you guys think that the call was bad think of what it's like to be a Brown's fan. The last time they won a championship the Super Bowl hadn't been invented yet and I was a teenager!

Wow, exactly 200 post for Alfonse. Should be a prize here.

Dave, what do we have for Alfonse,

Well bawanna we could go with CM9 wide mouth blow up, er wrong forum, we could go with the CM9 wide mouth smiley club badge, or we could do the usual door # 1, #2, of # 3 thingy and hope for the best.

Thanks Dave we have to go to commercial now but when we come back we'll get Alfonses choice of doors and play reruns of Pamela Anderson on Dancing With the Stars. Jocko might want to set up the recorder and get ready for that.

cool with that but there has to be a risk factor in one of those doors and I would nominate Rosie O'Donnel as door #3. Just sayin

I think she was behind # 2 but I'll see if I can get a forklift and move her over one.
Thanks for blowing the surprise though.

The horse head behind door #1 is much MUCH better than Rosie's behind going #2. Just sayin'.
