I had occasion to use Kahr Customer service twice in the near future. I was extremely pleased by the service I got. I ordered a part and had to exchange it for the correct part. I ordered it on Friday by email and by Monday at 9:00 am it was sitting at my front door with a sorry you got the wrong part. This impressed me very much.
In every dealing I have had with Kahr over the last 6 years I am still amazed at the level of dedication that Jay and the parts staff exist. I read many bad reviews by angry bloggers over the years and had experienced the same malfunctions a lot of them were experiencing but thanks to perseverance and changing ammo I have a very decent firearm I'm proud to own.
