Bad information:
======
"The President of the United States cannot enact a "complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations." The right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States, and in the 1957 case Reid v. Covert, the U.S. Supreme Court established that the Constitution supersedes international treaties ratified by the U.S. Senate.
There is no "legal way around the 2nd Amendment" other than a further amendment to the Constitution that repeals or alters it, or a Supreme Court decision that radically reinterprets how the 2nd Amendment is to be applied."

Well as that Japanese Admiral said, "In America there's a gun behind every blade of grass." My observation is that Americans have an inert tipping point as which they will make themselves heard above the squeals of those stripping them of rights. I don't know what or where it is but I believe in my heart it exists.

Well, it better show itself pretty soon! We are in a fight for our lives and the hopelessly blind and willingly ignorant outnumber us. Thankfully, many of them don't vote. But it is becoming very alarming to see close to half (+ or -, depending on how much you believe the polls) of likely voters who now belong to the stupid class.
Isn't it amazing as we see political, economic and regulatory policies producing chaos, big whopper lies being told by the entire administration (4.5 million new jobs created, yet there are less people working now than when he took office - can you explain the math, here?) (oh, and an amateur film trailer on YouTube caused the violence in dozens of countries?), and increasingly illegal, law defying, Constitution defying behavior by our POTUS, yet we see no change in the level of support for him?

So sad, but so true! We need this administration out! Or we can kiss our countries freedoms and security as well as economy goodbye! :53:
