Picked up some Georgia Arms ammo at the gun show today, not a bad price at $11.75/50rounds, and I've only heard good things about their ammo. I feel guilty every time I run that crummy Tula Russian steel cased dirty crap throw my beloved CM9. On top of that, I have bought probably around only 7-8 boxes of Tula and while loading a magazine noticed a round where the bullet was set back, no joking, around a 1/4 of an inch into the casing from the factory!!! had not been chambered! That could have been potentially catastrophic had I not noticed it  I hate that crap
Also got $10 off my NRA membership renewal, and got into the gun show for free! ($9 entry fee)

My friend was looking for a 9mm S&W Shield (he is adamant on having a thumb safety) but no look finding one. If only Kahr would offer the CM9 w/thumb safety, IMHO going with Kahr is the closest you can get to perfection with a subcompact, except for the doggone blasted magazines! But I haven't had any issues with mine except I don't like how the 1st round can get pushed down and stay there w/7round magazine, but my gun hasn't FTFd with Hornady Critical Defense
Also tried on a deadeyeluke.com holster, very similar in appearance to PJ holsters. He did not have a CM9 holster so I tried on a Ruger LC9 w/one of his holsters. Was very impressed (I have a Crossbreed Mini-Tuck holster) but having only tried it on for a few minutes I can't say which one I would prefer, but I would say they feel verrrrrry similar. IMHO you can't go wrong with either one. I do like how you can adjust the cant and ride height with the crossbreed but once you know what you like its pointless. I was reluctant at first about getting a Crossbreed because it seemed like it wasn't necessary to have such a large holster, but once you treat the leather it form fits to your body so you don't notice it, and people say that because it has 2 clips it more evenly distributes the weight of the gun. But IMHO this is a moot point as these guns are extremely light weight, and I did not feel like the weight of the gun was more noticeable with the Dead Eye Luke hoslter. At "$40 shipped" I am somewhat tempted to order one so i can truly try it out, except for the clip I believe it'd be nearly identical to the PJ holster, but on second thought they feel soo similar itd be hard to justify it
The only noticeable difference I can think of (again, having only tried it on for a few minutes I couldn't get a true feel for it) would be sitting down. With the crossbreed theres form-fitted leather pressing against your side, with a PJ/Dead Eye Luke there would be molded Kydex pressing against your side. But I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the PJ holster, so I doubt its uncomfortable while sitting. Edit: With the PJ holster you won't have to worry about the leather getting wet.
