Another case of libs gone wild. Gun rights on attack on ALL fronts. Wish this country would wake up. Before too long, a simple "majority" of 5 people will destroy our 2nd Amendment, regardless of the majority of Americans who do support it.

Don't most manufacturers have to sell thru distributors who then sell to dealers.

Except for some very old long time dealers all shops have to buy thru a middle man.

The common denominator in most of these senseless cases is "Lawyer".

Their efforts would be better served eliminating gang bangers and Lawyers.

How would a gun manufacturer know who a dealer is selling to? You would think that it's the responsibility of the BATFE to know to whom a dealer is selling. They do audit a dealers records. Me thinks the wrong entity is being sued.

The comments prove very enlightening. Personally, don't understand how the suit could be allowed to proceed, but then I see where the appeals court that ruled on it is located and all makes sense now.
