I am very happy. small enough to carry everyday in my pocket and powerful enough for just about any occasion.

I took my female golden retriever for a walk tonight just to check it out.

I may give a few of these as Christmas presents.

How many of you carry a flashlight everyday, and if so what?

I have an EDC flashlight that goes with me everywhere. Mine is a JETBeam RRT-0 model. Uses 1 CR123A battery, gives 500 lumens on high/turbo mode. Cost about $100 or so, but is on sale for $89 here:

They are also having an 8% off everything sale through October 15...coupon code is "CMBUS8". Check it out...good site I've ordered lots of stuff from.

I carry a Streamlight PTL2 only 190 lumens. I carry it in my cargo pocket every day.

I always carry one of those cheap button cell, flat keychain lights in my watch pocket. That will usually get me to where the real light is if need be.

In a SHTF situation, I'm not gonna have time to draw a flashlight and a gun at the same time so that's a moot point. I normally just need enough light to see where I'm putting my feet, or enough light to find my way around if the power goes out.

Fenix lights are great. I've been happy with mine. I think it's a TK12 or something. Pretty sure it's a discontinued model now.

My "tactical" lights are a Rayovac cree led with 100, 180 lumens and a strobe. I usually keep it by my bedside. The one I carry around at night is a small, cheap but surprisingly rugged, no name cree led that is around 140 lumens or so, with just an on and off switch that runs from 1 AA battery. Both have holsters, and the no name has a pocket clip. I carry the cheaper one in case I lose it.

I keep a Fenix LD 20 handy at all times. I remember after 9/11 listening to an interview with a person that managed to crawl out of the rubble stated that he would never leave the house without a flashlight again. This tiny little guy uses one AAA battery and lights up like crazy. In my pocket always.

A have 3 Surefire G2X Pro's. I gave my wife one, keep one by the bed, and the other in the truck. 200 lumens on high for 2.5 hrs, and 42 hrs on 15 lumens. Waterproof and shockproof. Pretty cheap too. Awesome.
