A couple of weeks ago, I published a range report on my new Ruger LC9. It had two flawless mags followed by a mag with 4 FTF's, followed by 3 mags of various ammo with ALL Failure to Fires.
Had a member of this forum suggest the "pencil test" which I did with no results so I called Ruger. They immediately emailed me a prepaid shipping label. I sent it in last Friday and as of yesterday, it's on it's way back with a new firing pin and trigger bar. Will be anxious to see how it performs at next outing but was very pleased with Ruger Customer Service.
