I must say, after adding the rubberized Talon Grips to my CM9 & shooting her today, I was very impressed with the feel. On only my 2nd range trip with the CM9, it completely took away that "Cheese Grater" feel when shooting. I carried to a college football game in my IWB PJHolster yesterday with no protection against my skin, and it felt fine, no gritty feel. The gripping of the CM9 from the holster was also fast & easy with these grips. Also added these to my Glock26 & shot it today, felt great. :D

I couldn't agree more. I tried a Hogue Handall Jr. at fist but I took it off. It felt too squishy for me. I put on a set of the rubber Talon Grips and I think they're perfect. BTW, I'm also anxiously awaiting my PJ IWB holster. I ordered it two weeks ago and his email said he's been running 2-3 weeks.

I have the rubberized Talons on my CM9. They really enhance the grip and eliminate the grate on the back of the grip. I was able to install a CT laser right over them without any customizing or cutting.

I have the Talon grips. I didn't have an issue with the cheese graders, just thought the rubberized grips provided a better, well, grip. Liked them so much I ordered them for my other pistol and got rid of the Hogue HandAll.

Has anyone tried the non-rubberized option? I think they call it granulized or something similar?
I have just purchased a cm9 and have a N82 tactical professional on order, but still like the option of pocket carrying....does the rubberized option grab the inside of pockets?
thanks in advice

I had the granular Talon Grips for one day. Wrote the company and they sent me the rubberized grips instead.
The granular are like 60 grit sandpaper. Took the skin off my hand in under 50 rounds. Scratched up a leather pocket holster, and if you carry IWB, would take the skin off your side or back! In pocket would wear a hole in your pocket very quickly.
The rubberized grips are a real pleasure to use. Great grip but not tacky. Kind of an exaggeration of the texture on the "nekid" sides of your PM/CM grip.
I highly recommend the RUBBERIZED Talon Grips.

Another +1 for the rubberized Talon Grips. Just added to my CM9 and the feel is great. The additional thickness is pretty negligible. Highly recommended.

Loved the rubber talons so much on my cm9, that I ordered some for the p380 before it even showed up. Now have them on both guns, and absolutly love it!
With the granulated grips, they say you can sand them down slightly and get rid of some of the grit to make it a little more comfy on the hands/skin. I dont think it would be as nice as the rubber is to the hands/skin, (but still adds a great grip) but if you really need a super super grip, then maybe the sandpaper feel is better for ya. YMMV "just sayin"
