I have a Recluse Solo holster for the P380 up for sale. Recluse is very specific about how each holster is made, so here is what I chose when I ordered it:

Sights: XS Big Dots
Laser: None
Since the holster is sized for the XS Big Dot night sights, I believe it would work just fine for the stock sights on the P380.
