After cleaning my CW9 I noticed that the hole where the slide lock/disassembly pin goes on the right side looks as if it is going to tear at the top. The polymer at the top at this hole looks and feels very weak. So my question is any ideas on what I should do about this? PLEASE HELP!

I second CJB's picture request.
However, the plastic above the hole where the slide stop is inserted seems to be some distance from where the plastic is injected into the mold to make the frame. As a result, there is often a visible line in the plastic where the two flows join during the molding process. Yes, the frame can crack there, my PM40 did, but the Kahr folks were not convinced I had a crack until I pulled a piece of dental floss into the break, because they get comments about that molding mark fairly frequently. Yours could just be a molding mark. The picture below shows what a crack in that area looks like.

If you do have a real crack there, send a picture to Kahr and they will replace the frame. But, be prepared to prove it is really a crack and for a several week process of replacing the frame.
Oh, and the new pistol that results when they replace the frame will have to come back to you through and FFL, because it is legally a new gun. It will probably be easier if you can have your original dealer handle shipping it back and receiving it once it is repaired.
All of that presumes you really do have a crack, which probably unlikely in a 9mm. The "fotay" version puts a little more stress on the frame.

pictures help show if your concern is valid or just the way the gun was made....

I beturs looks exactly like tucson's photo shows on the right side. there is no stress there and if it is cracked thatis one thing but if u think it is weal or "loos like" it might do sumpin then kahr is gonna tell u what I am telling u. IT IS OK, shoot the fokker like u stole it
That wold be a first that I can ever remmeber of any issue on the RIGHT side of the frame where the slide lever p;in protrudesd. lOOK DOWN INSDIE THE FRAME, that area is beefed up on the inside. nuttin is gonna happen there.
