hear is my breech face this pm45 made in 08 ser#SA745# i havn't had any problems with it i fired another 50 rounds today 230grn rem umc jhp actually the one pic i pulled the slide back to show gap on fully retracted slide and really had no choice than to let 1 go in the chamber which it did, even though i rode the slide, it also ejected it when i retracted the slide , i think i got a winner here. anyway pics.

Thanks, jbaker. Yeah, that's the way the I expected mine to look, but the "stripper" thingie was resting ON the cartridge rim. Only by pulling the slide all the way to the rear and releasing it, could I chamber a round from a FULL magazine. I didn't know that at the time since I was using the slide lock and release method that Kahr advocates.
I hope to get results and the gun back this week. I'll post results and pictures when I get the gun and test fire it.

UR Welcome, I figure it would be helpful to some of us that carry the .380 from time to time.
