I use the #3 .I also have the #4 uncle mikes that works .they are pretty close in size.

Just got one of these holsters in the mail today for my p380 and I am liking it a lot.

I have an IWB #12 that my wife uses for her gun but I'm thinking about getting one and cutting off the clip to use for a pocket holster. The #12 fits in my pocket perfectly.
