Took the "kids" to the park today...

Took the 1911, K9, and Glock 19 to the range. Put 250 rounds through the 1911, it is now my favorite gun. 200 through the K9. 50 through the Glock. For me, the only thing the Glock has on the others is capacity. After shooting the two steel guns, the Glock had no soul. Glock will take a back seat to the 1911 and K9.

I found a guy willing to trade his new RIA 1911 for my old Glock 19. Best trade I've ever made, but he also seems happy.

Buddy of mine does some gunsmith work, I'm going to have him slick up the trigger for me, but even with the stock trigger, I am loving the 1911.
