Is it feasible to convert a KAHR K40 40SW to fire the 9 mm cartridge?
Would a new barrel and magazine work or would a slide be required?

I would think the slide would also be necessary since the barrel is locked in by the slide upon going into battery.

I have a S&W M&P40 on order. From what I have read, you can just change barrels on it. Supposedly you can use the same mags, springs and slide for 8, 40 and 357 Sig. The only thing that needs to change it the barrel. I don't know if this will work on a Kahr or not.
