Ok guys after I had followed jockos advice on the prep the kahr thread I made it to the range to and ran 200 rounds of federal champions and 13 rounds of federal HST FMJ 124 grain. I had zero malfuntions. The only issue I had was on 3 out of the 4 first mags I shot failed to lock the slide back. After that it was all good. The bigger issue for me was I consistantly shot low and left. I did get better the more I shot it so it may have been just me getting use to the gun. All in all it was a good day at the range.

Congrats on your new purchase.

Shooting low-left (if you're right-handed) is very common, the first time we shoot these sub-compact pistols. This chart (http://cdn.firearmstalk.com/forums/attachments/f59/39293d1329241000-shooting-low-b3targetanalysischartcorrectrh.jpg) can help you analyze your targets and help you correct the problem.

Have someone else load your mags, and include a snap cap. That will show you what happens to the muzzle when you squeeze the trigger.

Good luck with your new pistol.

Thank you! I think I was doing that low left things. Like I said I got better the more I shot.

The low and left will go away. I'm glad to hear that you haven't had any problems with your CM9. I love mine and will never trade it.
