I might have tried to make a citizens arrest, and hold them at gun point, but I would not shoot someone over "stuff" they were stealing, unless it was self defense.

They glossed over that little deal...From the article it seems having pot in your school backpack is pretty normal these days and he is just a perfectly normal kid in every way...What would you expect being the spawn of the Anointed One...

This guy was repeatedly told NOT to go out of the house. He was not in danger in any way. He told the dispatcher if he goes out there he will kill them.

I'm guessing he had/will have a court appointed attorney as I can't think of a defense lawyer that will take his case.

Although I applaud him wanting to protect the neighbors he doesn't even know, he will pay dearly for his actions.

He had been kicked out os school I think 3 times from sept to the shooting date.

Once for grafitti on school doors.
Once for mary jane in his back pack
Once for when they went through his back pack they found some jewely and some pliers and other tools that the could not account for
