Do a search for US Palm body armor for sale. Lots of places. Reasonable price for a homeowner defense set up.

Not sure how to take this post. A "let me google that for you" reply is far from a recommendation.

Why do you say it will be hard to find soon?

I recently ordered some but haven't received it yet so I can't really recommend it or not. It is AR500 armor instead of ceramic plates and is Level III rated for 7.62x51 rounds. From what I've read, it is a little heavier than ceramic, but about half the price. I'm going to put it in this Shellback Banshee plate carrier. Yes, that IS my FDE G19. :)

I think my armor will be slick so I can wear it concealed if I would like. I needed I can wear a MOLLE tactical vest over it if I have to.

Yes,
but you can add steel or ceramic rifle plates for level 4 if you want.
I believe he's talking about a standard issue Bianchi LE vest.
