I have a new P380 and I have read favorable comments on the P380 trigger. I am a little disappointed with what I consider a long pull. Is there a way to shorten it? I have a PM9 which seems to have a shorter pull. Any ideas.

I don't believe so. If there's a way Mr. Jocko will know about it. He's our in house expert on most everything Kahrs and specifically the 380. I think it's one of those shoot it and you'll get used to it deals.
Many folks around here have them and like them so stay tuned, I'm sure you'll get some feedback to help.

Congrats and welcome!
The Kahr firearms are designed that way on the trigger, the good news you can correct your predicament by dry firing the weapon (practice to develop muscle memory). You will get use to it.

exactly sure what their pull on the P380 is. Not sure how kahr measures their pull either but I will bet my P380 against a stick of gum that the P380 is no longer than your PM9 which is 3/8" trigger length. I would say it is exactly the same trigger length even.
saying that I will find out for sure.:israel:

You may have the same problem my first P380 had, keep a close eye on the trigger.
Initially my P380 trigger pull felt longer than my PM9 and my CW9.
Then it slowly became longer and longer over the course of 300 rounds until finally you could press the trigger all the way to the frame and the striker would not release.
Kahr replaced my frame and it's been great ever since, with the same short smooth trigger press as my other two guns.
If there is any sign of the trigger taking a progressively longer press to release the striker, call Kahr and have them look it over.
