Hi, I am having trouble with the slide locking back and not going into battery with rounds still in the magazine. Could someone tell me what is a good grip for this weapon? I seem to have better luck shooting one handed. Should the weapon be held low or up high? I know a firm grip is needed for this small weapon and I have no problem holding it tightly. By the way I shoot left handed. Thanks mugsy I may have to play with the spring.

The web of your hand should be as high as you can get it on the grip. The thumb of your right hand should not apply pressure to the grip and should be pointed straight forward toward the target and be well below the slide release. If you still experience lock backs you may have to increase the slide stop spring pressure. This can be accomplished by loosening the slide stop spring screw, re-positioning the spring in a clockwise direction and re-tightening the screw. The slide stop spring screw goes into the polymer frame so be careful not to over tighten the screw or you will damage the frame. The screw requires a torx bit screw driver

first of all u need to eliminate the chance that sumpin could be wrong with the gun. It doesn't sound like it but let anutter good shooter try it and if he has no issues, then u now know for sure it is shooter error and u will just have to take some of the comments here and try um urself. A left handed shooter (as I am) should not behaving any issue with accidently hitting the slide lock lever.

How many rounds are through the gun??? A good lube job using the kahr lube chart might help also. I hesitate to say it is shooter error but I hesitate to say it is a gun issue either. U can eliminate that with anutter good shooter along. He can shoot it, and he can watch your gun control manners to..
