Thought I'd take a ride over to the GS today and watch the madness for a while. AR's of course where flying out the door at non jacked up prices. There was not a box of 223/556 to be found anywhere though.
I decided to visit my favorite used gun display case where I have bought many fantastic used pistols. There it was the CZ 75 PO-1 I thought I'd have to trade my baby glock to get. I couldn't believe my eyes a 2011 PO-1 With the case and extra 14 round mag.for $399. I checked it out and it looked pretty clean inside and out. So I decided to keep the G26 and buy the PO-1 outright. Man I have to tell you that Tanners Gun Shop in Jamison PA. is one great gunshop and I've bought more than a few pistols from them over the years but I thought they showed some real class by not jacking there prices. The owners son(nice young man) told me they sold 375 guns in the last two days alone and they will be without AR's in the next few hours. Now I know this thread is worthless without pic's so here it is my new to me Christmas present.

I've yet to add a CZ (other than my Dan Wesson) to my stable but the day will come.

I love Tanners as well. Good folks and great selection. I figured he would be out of AR's and never even considered checking him. Anytime I've been in there it's 4 deep at the counter. Also get freaked out by the sheer number of numbskulls waving muzzles around all directions.

I too have thought of adding a CZ to the arsenal.

Being I already have a CZ75b with four 16 round mags that also fit so I figure I should be pretty good for a while. Even though I'm not a huge fan of glocks I'm pretty stoked about not having sell my G26 to get it. I've been bouncing that around in my brain for the last couple months about trading it for a new PO-1. It never fails though the minute I stop looking for guns and think I have enough, one pops up out of knowhere. :rolleyes:

I saw a NIB HK USP 45 Compact with a stainless slide yesterday.
And it took all my strength not to buy it.

Thanks JF. As I mentioned I've been thinking a long time on getting one. Actually since I bought the 75b model. I guess I just needed the right deal on one to finally coax me into pulling the trigger on one. Going to see if I can manage to get a little range time with it on friday.
