This will serve as our official KahrTalk Pay it Forward Thread.

What is a Pay it Forward Thread? Look through anything firearm related you have and don't need anymore. List it on here with the expectation of paying shipping to send it to the first person who speaks up wanting it. De-clutter your gun, and possibly add more to it depending on what pops up.

Let's try to keep this firearm/shooting/reloading/etc related. Also, please don't just grab up everything because you're a pack rat. If someone lists "M1 Garand Clips" let someone who actually has a Garand have dibs at it. Also, don't be too much of a mooch on here. Some people will be new to the sport, and won't have much to give, and it is pay it forward, so this means you don't have to give anything away to take, but keep everyone in mind as you find stuff you don't need. Also, please keep in mind your local laws before you ask for something you can't have.

Last bit of business: Edit your listing to mark your item(s) as spoken for (but leave what you had to give people the idea) instead of creating a new post for it.

I will sticky this Thread so it hopefully will not go dormant. Enjoy!

Alright, let's see if we can get this thread back on track and going again. Quick check of the corner of my closet revealed:

Glock Mag Loader (came with a 17 "483-3")
Vinyl Magpul Sticker
Great Big Magpul "Unfair Advantage" Poster - has a Sheriff with a SAW & Magpul Logo on one side and a picture list of all products on the other.
AR standard Trigger Guard with roll pin from CMMG Parts Kit
AR standard Pistol Grip with screw from CMMG Parts Kit
a set of M4 (Carbine Length) Handguards from M&A parts
a Gamo Air Rifle Scope - 4x20 TV WA with mounts (Came with a Gamo Air Rifle - I use the open Fiber sights)

Just chime in if you want something. You can PM me your address if you don't want others seeing it.

I've got a Desantis Nemesis hanging around here. Won't be able to sent it out until January, just too busy. But if anybody wants it, post here and then PM me. It fits the P/PM series (9, 40, dunno about a 45). Glad for it to go to a good home.

Done, PM me your address and I'll _try_ to get it out before Christmas, but if not, it'll be first of the year due to travel plans.

I bought two 7-round 1911 mags that I didn't realize stuck out the bottom of my CW45. They were $5.97 each originally, just to give them a value.

PM me your mailing address and they're yours.

I'll take them if they are for the full size (Government) model1911.

PM also sent.

I realize that this sticky is not for open discussions, but..........In my opinion it is best left here in the General section. I and I'm probably sure that there are a good number of folks that do not go to the "For Sale" section. The main thing on the Pay it Forward is that there is to be no charge or money exchanging hands on this.

That is exactly why I stuck it here in the General Discussion. I don't look in the for sale section, nor would I looking for free stuff. I always check the general discussion area.

I will leave this post up for a bit, then delete it. I am also going to delete the discussions on it just so we can keep the thread pure.

Got the mags in the mail yesterday. Pouring down rain here so no chance of seeing how they work.
Thanks again JohnR.

Might as well unsticky this as it looks like there is not much pay it forward karma going on around here.

hmmm, wonder if any wwII buffs would be interested in my dad`s souvenir, a *** rifle, with bayonet, it`s not in very good shape, mechanically ok, re-chambered for 30-06. and the stock needs to be replaced (hacked off the end so bayonet won`t fit).
Thought about trying to sell it, but i`m sure it is not worth much.
(just been collecting dust for years).
sorry, didn`t mean to use that slang "***".:(
Negotiations are in progress.

I bought a Pachmayr pre fit decelerator pad and decided not to use it. First "I'll take it" and follow up with a PM with your address and I'll send it out to ya'.

This is the pre-ground, pre-fit model 01739 --- fits marlin 336, 336c, 336ss, 1895, 444, 1894fg and 1894pg lever action with pistol grip stocks.

new unused. This fits without grinding but it does require you drill new holes in your stocks. FYI.

I had this old NPC grip mount for a red dot from a ton of years ago when I shot Bullseye. This allows you to mount a red dot on your 1911 style frame without drilling or tapping. Looks very ugly, in sad need of a cleanup, but the guy that sold me his Clark .45 won a few state championships with this on the gun. PM me and I will drop it in the mail this week. Continental U.S. only please.

You know DK, I could put that to good use. I tried to leave it to the others but after close to an hour with no bites, I think it's a omen or meant to be or something profound.

I too need to go through my junk (I mean collection of fine firearm apparel) and put it on here. Been meaning to do just that. Time, never enough time.

I'll send ya a PM.

Ill help this post along. I'm willing to send this to a new home. Stock for a 12 gauge mossberg/maverick. Black with not a single scratch on it. Doesn't have a hole for a sling though. No forend. Comes with bolt and I think I still have the screws for the pad.

My only requirements, you must have at least 50 post.

I have 4 ProMag .40S&W 10 round magazines to give away. They were given to me, recently. The followers seem to be sticky but they might just need to be cleaned.

I don't have a use for them, so the first member with a joke that makes me laugh out loud gets 'em.

FREE TO GOOD HOME:

I still have 4 ProMag .40S&W 10 round magazines to give away. They were given to me, so I don't have any reason to ask for money. The followers seem to be sticky but they might just need to be cleaned.

It was stickied originally and since it didn't get much activity Justin opted to unsticky it. We can certainly resticky it if it seems like a good idea.

I certainly not against making it sticky, make no mistake about that.
I like this thread and keep meaning to go through my treasure chest and offer some stuff up.

Lets put it to use.
