I got some because they work so well with the SA XD sub. They feel really great with that pistol and look like they BELONG there.
Tried them on the PM9 and aside from the space between the extension and the grip making them looking like they don't belong they just don't seem to feel right to my hand and they fit a little loose. When you grip the gun I can feel a bit of movement in the extension.
Then too they don't really help with pocket carry making the grip longer.
You'd need another mag without the extension for pocket carry and one with for IWB or OWB if you liked them well enough to keep.
Anyway, just my thoughts. I know many people love them and that's great.
Just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences to mine or if I am just totally off base.

I tried them on my PM9 and didn't like them. That space between the frame and extension actually caused a great deal of pain, pinching my pinky with every shot. Quite a distraction is you're in a SD situation. I like the PM9 w/out the extension as I just curly my pinky so it sits right under the magazine.

I like them but have two 6rd mags. They work in some pockets but not others. They definitely make shooting a lot easier. I think that they add to the usefulness of the gun but they really are just part of all the gear.

never tried them on a kahr, but had them on 2 of 3 g27 mags and it made shooting more comfortable.

I have one on my PM9 and think it makes the gun more controllable. I have one on my XD40 SC and my glocks. I think I put an extension on every gun I've purchased in the last 2 years. I don't think it makes any difference for carrying. One thing I would recommend for the PM9 is a Hogue grip...really helped when I was shooting.
Have always had them on my baby Glocks and loved them so thought I'd like them on my PM9 as well. Totally wrong, at least for me. Adds grip bulk (concealment) and interferes with my natural grip...throws the gun off balance.

Works well for me on my PM 40 with a short mag.

Had them on my MK9 and liked them a lot. I am putting some on my wifes P380 and will have them on my PM9 when I get one.

I just got some for my MK9 6-round mags and I like the way they feel...haven't been to the range yet, but so far so good...;)

I agree with Hollander, I find they give me a much better grip on the PM9 and my shot groups improve when using them, I normally carry in a crossbreed mini-tuck and do not find any issues with having them installed

I hated them. They print for pocket carry. And after trying them one time after shooting 200 rds, I had a nasty pinkie blister.

I do have the Hogue Jr. on the way so that will be interesting.
I just like the way the little gun feels without the extension and the extra conceal-ability. Sounds strange but my pinky feels right at home just under the grip.

They work good for me with the K820 magazine in my K9.

Tried a set the first time I shot my PM9. Wound up removing the extension and returning it to the store by the end of 30 rounds. I thought it'd work well like they do on the baby Glocks, but there was something that just didn't jive and I got the pinky pinch and blister. Not a fan of them on the Kahr PM9, though they seem like a novel idea.

Have to +1 the finger pinch. I shot my K40 yesterday with one of the longer mags with the little filler on the front??? Know what I mean Vern? First time since I bought that mag, and she pinched me. I think they look cool and looking cool is priority one but pinchings no fun either. Wonder if a dremel machine could fix that a bit.
