My wife and I decided to exchange firearms for Christmas this year. Hers came in last week and after waiting 8 months to find one, and two whole days for the special order to be shipped, I took delivery of mine Wednesday night.
For the Mrs....XDm9 4.5 Bi-Tone...

I plan on adding VZ G10 grips and stainless hex screws to the CZ. I can't tell you how nice the 75 fits in my hand and how solid it is. Hopefully a range report on both of these will be coming soon.
Merry Christmas to all. :)

You came out good on that trade! That's a beautiful weapon! Of course, I'm partial to a shiny gun. :D

I've never been a big fan of the mirror finish (I'm way too anal about smudges/fingerprints, and like to fondle my guns) but those all look really good.

I agree. Even though mirror finish might not be for me personally because I do carry all my pistols at one time or another they do look very nice. JF you did a very nice job on the CM9.

Nice pair for sure. I think the pic that JF posted has a CM9 in it, but the reflection off the trigger is blinding me so don't know for sure! Beautiful polishing job!

I have to admit that I bought it that way. The original owner said is was "professionally polished," but by whom I don't know. I wipe fingerprints off with a silicone impregnated cloth and I use Flitz Polish once a year or so to eliminate tiny scratches. The stainless steel is hard and doesn't scratch easily.

For the most part I agree. Polished isn't practical, its not tactical and its high maintenance. But ya know what? All of my other guns are practical, tactical and low maintenance. I have always wanted a 75B, and there was something about having a high polished, all steel, classic 9mm that I couldn't resist. And after shooting it for the first time I couldn't be happier. I just won't take it out in the sun, don't want to blind myself. :)

I love it. Had a hankering for a 75 myself for some time too.
Someday. I kind of dig the shiny too. Practical tactical is for SEALS, I'm good with looking cool with my defense tools.

Well since you've already shot it, you know how good the CZ 75 shoot! :)

I just got a CZ75B in stainless, it's guilty of making me look like I'm a better shooter than I've been before!
