It's a bit long, but a very good and thoughtful post. Thanks for posting the link. It's too bad the politicians are more concerned with feelings than actual facts or reason. Their own ignorance is blatant to anyone who doesn't "see things the same way".

You would think that a gun owner from the left who sees the folly of the left's position on gun control would see the folly of the lefts position on other issues and move to the right side of the spectrum. The left isn't interested in what's right. The left is only interested with controlling the population and in remaking the population in their own image. If you don't conform to their views you are excoriated. The gentleman seems to only move right when it's his ox that's being gored.
