someone mentioned this here BTW and it looks like others did too. He should be fined and the money go to the NRA.

I wish La Pierre completely derailed this guys attack by hitting him with the legality of what he was holding and how the laws already on the books are not enforced so adding more doesnt help. Also I wish he turned the tables by asking him if he felt what the interviewer was doing was criminal and if he felt that he should be jailed for up to a year for waving that around to make his point. In short, La Pierre could have buried that guy because he would have been DOA.

I want that jack ass to answer on national TV in front of La Pierre for what he has done on national TV.

sorry i got a little emotional

that appears to have been a Dec 15th story .... any changes in the "official" reports since then?

Showing a high cap mag simply cannot be against the law. After all the news shows it every night regarding the Mexican gun running thing and gang bangers, etc. The law enforcement loves to show them off and the bigger the better. If it's legal in one it has to be legal in the other.

Also, I finally heard a fair and balanced discussion re: the second amendment on Fox news. Juan Williams Made the comment that the second amendment is intended for only militia and not personal defense. That the term is archaic so the right to guns doesn't exist. The conservative rebutted by saying that if that were true the first amendment cannot apply today because it only applied to the "press" and nobody uses a press machine anymore. Juan replied that's crazy, it applies anywhere.

They really do believe what they are saying no matter how wrong and ridiculous it may be.

Showing a high cap mag simply cannot be against the law

D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01

b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term “large capacity ammunition feeding device” means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term “large capacity ammunition feeding device” shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.

Found that on Google, appears to factual.

Either way, gregory is on the left side of the law.....this will fade away soon enough.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the :)PEOPLE:) to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Juan Williams needs to learn English. Last time I checked we are people.

Also that poopoo butt had to have possession of that high cap mag in order to parade it around in front of LaPierre on national TV. He didn't draw a picture of one or describe it with interpretive dance. It was in his possession. Guilty!

I believe that the gun removed from the trunk of the car was a shotgun and that he did use the AR in the school. Does it really matter what he used to kill those children? It doesn't to me. He could have used a 10/22. The children would have been just as dead. I still have my rights as a law abiding citizen under the second amendment. Nothing has changed in that regard.
