After doing the new Kahr prep on a used one, including removing the slidestop interference, I went 23 for 23 on mixed O.A.L. gunshow reloads. Some were rubbing on the magazine because they were too long.
I shot about 2" left and center at 21 feet, good grouping also. with little felt recoil.
Definitely an upgrade on the LC9 it was traded for.
If I wouldn't have done the prep I would have hated like I think the previous owners did.
It had a clogged firing pin channel, no lube anywhere, and the slidestop/release interference.
Many thanks to the help provided by those and the know, and also me for thinking to research.
BTW, mine was made in December 2010 according to Kahr
